The transfer of songs/tracks from Akai MPC One to Tascam

Hi guys, I'm new to the world of the MPC and my problem is this . . . . I'm trying to transfer a track (drums,bass,keys) from my MPC One to my Tascam DP03 8 track in order to complete my song. However when I go down the Export/Import route i keep getting a message on the Tascam saying 'file not found' . . . most frustrating!!! Has anyone expeienced this problem snd if so what is the solution.
I'm also wondering if I can transfer the track via the stereo outputs directly into the line in on the DP03 just as if it was a normal instrument such as a keyboard. Will that work?

Yeah, I'm doing that, but no success. The only thing I'm not doing in terms of what the manual says is 'ejecting'/ disconnecting the MPC from the Tascam. I can't find the icon to do that the way you can with a laptop. I think I'll try the other options i referred to earlier and see if that works. Thanks for the input

Export it to a Specific Folder on the SD Card. Eject the Card and insert the Card into the Tascam. Find the Folder and file...Import
