When you directly connect your microphone to the MPC live can you record quality professional vocals directly out of the MPC live
With any dynamic microphone like for example the Shure SM7B?

Direct connection not ideal, not if you want a decent signal level. Better to go through a dedicated mic preamp, especially with an sm7b.

i second that, with some mics you can get a workable level but the SM7B particularly needs so much gain, either get a pre or change mic for that task.

I've just gotten an SM7B, and running through a behringer MIC2200 and MDX2600... sounds great.
