Moving files to Project folder in MPC docs

Very green here!
I'm saving my first project and I wanted to save it to the internal Projects folder that sits inside the MPC Documents folder but instead I've saved it to the root level of MPC Documents

Is there any way I can move those files into the projects folder?

First of all - you found the tickbox to show the [ProjectData] - very good

Now, the internal storage cannot be edited via computer. If you hook up an external drive or insert an internal you can manage it from the computer.
My tip would be - load the project and save it to the place you like and delete the "old" one - both, the ".xpj" and the ProjectData folder.
One would think - deleting the .xpj would also delete the additional things - wrong.
As the Tutor mentioned a few days ago - it would be nice to have a "file management", which can be call it that way.
