Stopping a long sample from playing?

Here with another nuub question. Hopefully this is a simple one!

I'm in Sample Assign, loaded and assigned to Pad 1 a very long sample (a field recording over 2 minutes)
I can trigger it obviously. But HTF do I stop it?

Program Edit -- change from Trigger to Note Off

You can also press 3 times the STOP button, in any screen it will stop sound playing

Press 2 times is all that's needed
