MPC Key 61 lock Pad Bank

Hello!

Is there a way to lock Pad Bank while playing keys?

I’d like to do finger drumming and play the keys at the same time.

Is that possible? Thanks

Use different tracks.
Different programs.

A note in the same program is a note, no matter triggered on pads or keys. Split the range.

Or

Duplicate the program, place on a diff trk, give the duplicate a unique midi number, done.
