Having issues with MPCLive2 Retro

Hello, my MPCLive2 Retro has been glitchy, I have error codes -5, -71, and my PAD 1 LED is goes out when 16 Level is on. I’m having a hard time getting in contact with Akai. Anyone else experiencing this similar issue, or could steer me into the right direction?

When was it purchased? Used or New?

Have you done a system preferences reset? Also, do you have an SSD installed in the bottom? Warranty for the Live II is 12 months in the US (not sure where you're at). It's only honored if you bought it from an authorized Akai dealer and can provide proof of purchase. If you fit that category, call InMusic direct at: 401-658-3131. Number is on their website, BTW...
