correct XLR combi jack replacement part (MPC X)

Does anyone know which XLR combi jack I need for a replacement of either Inputs 1 or 2? The only one that I have found that looks similar to the one in the MPC is a Neutrik NCJ6FI-S-0 but I don't know if it has its pins on the underside or on the back.
