Hook City - Talk Box MPC Expansion won't install on Key61

I'm having no luck installing this expansion pack. I got the expansion through Akai store but it doesn't have any install directions as the other expansions I've purchased and it will not install onto my Key61 standalone or windows laptop. Has anyone have any info on install or experience with this exp pack. I've been trying to get help through the akai support but they take your money and then apparently ignore you. I can't get a refund from them or use the expansion pack that doesn't install.

Have you tried to install on the mpc software on your pc then export it to stand-alone ?

I have tried to install in my windows laptop and it gives the same problem. After unzipping the download files there are two .xpn files and a MAC folder with the same .xpn files in it. But there is no install file or directions and the .xpn files install nothing into windows or on Key61 standalone.

I understand.

My bad. Ole boy in the vid is using an extra piece of gear Electrospit, I was mistaken in thinking everything was “inside” the mpc (no) and mpk was controlling the plugin (yes).

I bought nine expansions today using the extreme discount at Akaipro.
Installed all in MPC software and exported them to SD card.

But only the talkbox expansion includes just the folders and nothing in them (when browsing in the MPC One).

Anyone know if it’s how it supposed to work? Does it only work with MPC Software?
