Sustain pedal not overdubbing on Mpc 61 key

Hi everybody.
I am trying to overdub a piano track on my Mpc 61 but the sustain event are not overwritten and the trak uses only the previous sustain events.
The piano is obviously unplayable. Has anyone had this issue?
