I have a question about using the MPC Live II as an Audio Interface for my live set. What I needed to know is wether this is possible or not: Can I use the individual Outputs to route audio from Ableton?
Since it has 3 stereo output pairs I would use one for all internal MPC stuff (sending to FOH) and two pairs for Ableton outputs (one going straight to FOH and the one to some outboard gear).
Then I could leave my Motu interface at home, right?

Thanks a lot,
L.

Yes, if you run software in controller mode (not standalone) ,run MPC software as VST and select the MPC Asio in Ableton

Or use the line out of the laptop to MPC input as standalone and route the input to 1 stereo output (or use dual mono)
