Mpc live 2

So my mpc live 2 will not work unless plugged in. Has anyone ever had this issue please help!!!

what do you mean by it wont work ?

does it not power on without the power supply? or something else

When did you purchase it? Warranty?

Does your battery state that it's 100% charged when you're powered up? I'd try to force a hard restart to see if that kicks your battery issue. While plugged into AC power, hold your power button in for 10-15 seconds. Then let it boot up. Check your battery status.
