Hi,

I'm having some problems with my MPC One. When I'm using the looper, I can record and overdub things properly. I record the loop, and it keeps playing. But when I hit 'export' the current loop stops playing. What I want, and I'm am curious if this is possible (I saw people doing this in tutorials online), is export the current loop while it's still playing in the looper mode, so I can save it for later without interrupting my live looping performance.
For example, in this video, at 6:57, the guy in the video hit's export, and the current loop is still playing.

What am I doing wrong here, is there a specific preference I am missing? Can someone help me with this?

Best,

Jochem

If you tap the Export > Keep button, the sequence will not stop. It seems he is setting the samples from the looper to an empty drum program.

Hi Elijah,

Thanks for your response. I didn't manage to solve the problem. I made a video of what is happening. The sequence is playing, the looper is activated playing, but as soon as I hit Export, the sequence is continuing playing but the current 'looper sample' is stopping. I really would like to let play this current loop while I'm exporting it. Here the video so you can see what is actually happening: https://jochemvanlaarhoven.com/temp/mpc%20video.mp4

Thanks in advance!

On my MPC one (2.11.6), the looper does not stop playing when I just press the "Export" button...
