Can't activate Opx4 and Fabric on my new computer

Hye
Since several days, i had 2 computers
- macbook pro
- imac 27

Last week, i receive a new macbook pro to replace the imac27

But i can't activate opx4 and Fabric (which i own) on the new macbook, number of licence excedeed.

How can i remove licences from the imac27...i've killed all the mpc sofware installation, because the imac will be sold...
So, i can't go on it to remove the installed licences on it !

What can i do ?

I think there was a license manager (iLok), I don't know if it's still valid.
