I just received the MPC Live II and love it after an hour however I think there’s an issue with the q-link dials…
Only the bottom two seem to react to touch and all 4 are non responsive when twisting (no value changes on any a link page).
The simplest test I did was on sample editor where each dial should be able to change a parameter (like start time at a different resolution) video below:

Can someone please tell me I’m being an idiot before I start a return process with the store?
