Live 2 How much free internal Space

Hi Guys

because i also had the headphone issue with white noise when the led's light up i swapped it for a live 2

after i set it up i had 3.8 gb of the 16b free space left internally.

so my question is, is it normal to only have less than 4gb free internal space from the start with a new live 2 device

That's probably about right, the factory library is many GB. It's a repeated mantra around here, but general advice is to leave the internal drive alone and save to an SSD or SD card. Remember the factory drive cannot be easily backed up nor can you easily transfer projects from it. Install a SATA disk and save everything to that, it can be accessed via USB.

Cool thnx, yes i am aware to never ever do anything to the internal storage, but 16gb storage sounded much and to have actually only 4gb is kind of a bummer...
