Weird question about MPC One screen...

I have recently noticed that when the light catches my MPC One screen, the top left edge reflects a silvery glint about an inch wide. On closer inspection, it looks as if something is separating below the top surface, just a tiny bit, maybe 1mm, causing the reflection of light. Me being an OCD freak, I'm thinking its going to spread. It must have only just started recently as I would definitely have noticed it before.

I'm quite gentle with the touchscreen, but it occurred to me that thats where the home button is. Aside from that I have no idea what I've done to cause this. I can understand wear and tear on actual moving parts but this is kind of stupid. Anyone else seen anything like this? I guess I'll try and take a photo...

LCD Screen Protector?

I'm not too good at explaining things, but yeah I still have the screen protector on but this issue is below the screens surface, at the top of the LCD. I mentioned it to someone who said it may be 'delaminating', which doesn't make me feel too confident about it.
