It always worked great, then i did the upgrade to mpc sofware/firmware last week.. now it won't let me choose mpc as a plugin. i get the error. AAE error was encountered,, AAE Error - 14018 was encountered, . anyay know what i can do. thanks

Install the old mpc firmware, yes you can downgrade easily.

do you know where i could find the old firmware that would still work to use mpc as a plugin in protools ?

no luck, didn't work... i know back in the day we use to have to move 32 bit .dll files into certain folders etc.. does that still have to happen.. hoping someone can help.. losing a lot of time and work with this one .

Maybe point protools to the correct folder.

I appreciate you replying back. and i wish i was i had more knowledge on how to do this stuff
can you tell me how to make sure protools is using the right folder?
mpc X software should work as a plugin in protools 12 still correct ?. with windows 10
