I have loads of excellent drum/keygroup programs and expansions and would like some way of tagging the standout programs, or ones I like the most, similar to the way you can add plugin presets to the favorites in the "Sounds" page by tapping the "Favorite" button in the Main view.

Currently I tend to simply re-save the program to a separate folder named "Favorites", so I can find it easily later, but of course this is an inefficient way of doing it as it is duplicating the samples. It's a bit fiddly too, but creating a Favorites folder shortcut in the Browser helps to streamline it.

Does anyone else here ever feel the need to do this, and if so what are your strategies?

I was thinking of posting something similar , I have many maschine expansions adapted to MPC now , and I have no way to save as favorites , it would be great if they added this in a firmware update , for drumkits and also for keygroups . From ignorance it does not seem like a very difficult function to implement.

Not seeing much love for keygroups and drum programs in recent updates, it's been all about plugins. I also hope to see many improvements to sample program features and functionality, but it doesn't seem to be heading in that direction.
