Unfortunately the MPC software can't load VST3 plugins. I saw some tutorials about how to host VST3 plugins as VST2 plugins, but it's not necessary to do this. All you need is a DAW that can route audio and MIDI between different tracks. This should work for other DAWs but I used Ableton.

1) In Ableton, open the MPC64 plugin on a new MIDI track
2) Open a VST plugin on another MIDI track
3) Set "MIDI From" on the VST plugin track to the MPC64 track
4) Set "Audio To" on the VST plugin track to the MPC64 track, Input 1,2
5) Plug MPC Live into your computer via USB and set it to Controller mode
6) In the Main screen on MPC Live, make the active track a MIDI track
7) For the MIDI Program section, set MIDI Port to "DAW"
8) In the Sampler section of either the MPC Live or the MPC64 VST, set "Monitor" to In (so you can hear the VST you're sampling)
9) Fine-tune the sound you want from the VST
10) Go to the Auto Sampler and proceed as you would sampling anything else!

You can save the keygroup once you're done sampling, I just put it on the SD card in my MPC since it's kinda useless to have it on my actual computer, but you do you.
