No Audio

Hi,

First time user here, just bought an MPC One and I'm getting no sound from the headphone jack next to the memory card slot. Can't seem to find any kind of troubleshooting tips so I'm wondering if there's something I'm missing. Thanks for any help.

Adjust the Master Volume on the Back. Maybe try different headphones? The Headphone Jack on the front is a Poor design. Easy to break the Traces on the Headphone Jack Board inside
