current slice in focus whilst zooming?

Hi. Im new to the MPCXSE but I have used older MPC's for many years.
Is there a way when zoomed in in sample edit / chop mode to see the slice you're triggering on the screen automatically, rather than having to scroll manually or zoom out and back in again each time?

Tap the pad coresponding to the sample markers you wish to jump to. (only if you have some set)

that doesn't put the pad ive just tapped into focus on the screen.
im wondering if there is a setting which needs to be selected?
