One pad of my MPC live 1 is not working, what to do?

Hello fellow MPC “lovers”
I bought 1 year ago a secondhand MPC live 1, at that time all the pads and the rest of the machine was working perfectly. After a couple of months pad 11 started to work less or actually not at all anymore, because I bought the MPC second hands I don’t have warranty anymore.
Is there maybe one of you MPC’ers who had the same problem and know how to fix it? Is it a software or a hardware problem? I am not rich, so please come with affordable solutions.

If the pad sensor is faulty, you can buy new sensor sheet or even the entire top assembly

Not sure if it's possible to clean the sensors, maybe someone else can advise. IMO contact mpcstuff.com and explain the issue.
