Customize Q links to set Track Loop points from any screen?

So I know how to set loop points to loop the bars on a track from the main screen. What would be nice is to be able to do this from the Grid screen, and maybe other screens as well. AFAIK, this cannot be done with the standard Grid screen.

Is there anyway to do this? How about with customization of the Q Links?

No there is no way to do that on the MPC standalone, not without hacking the device. The Force has global midi assignements, same with MPC Software, so maybe it can be done on these, but MPC standalone? Nope. In project mode, there no such parameter than can be assigned to the Qlinks.

Ok, the premise of my question was mostly wrong: you CAN control the beginning and ending bar of the sequence loop via Qlink on the Grid.
