Hi, how do people try to minimise this on the mpc one, eq? Or is there a specific plugin which could be tweaked to address.

mhm low pass or notch. sometimes if you slide the notch around and find the spot you can preserve a little more of the signal around the frequency you're aiming to remove.

I switch into controller mode and use a PC noise reduction program.
