Not much.
Generally, the way most companies do software updates. 1.0-2.0 is a very major release, like completely new from the ground-up type shit. 1.0 to 1.1 is like a service pack update. Significant, but not a new version. might have some feature additions. 1.1.0 to 1.1.1 = just bug fixes. 2.11 to 2.12.1 = already added too many new features, but not ready to put out 3.0 yet.. so im guessing they fixed one thing and added some more links to premium stuff you can't really use. Am i close?
Also.. 2.11 isn't really "factory firmware". Maybe for you.. Mine shipped with 0.99
