Jura only active as VST plugin or standalone, not at the sam

Hi all. I bought Jura from pluginboutique, and installed it on my mac so I can use with MPC software. I've tried to activate it on my MPC X, and get a maximum simultaneous activation limit error 403002.
It activates on my MPC if I deactivate it on my mac through the inmusic software centre.
I thought I could use it on both. Any ideas ?

You should have up 3. If you are only able to install on one device at a time there is an issue with the serial number. Whether it is because someone else has it or there is an error in the system, your only possible option is to contact Akai for assistance.

It’s a new purchase, so shouldn’t be any issues. I’ve sent a support ticket to akai, will see how long they take to respond. Cheers
