I updated os to latest Monterey ,now touch screen won't work

I updated os to latest Monterey ,now touch screen won't work. How do I get my Mac touch screen to work? Do I have to revert to the previous op sys? help!!

Monterey is two years old - not exactly the latest. There are no touch screen Macs, maybe you meant MPC?
However, I don't see how updating your OS on your computer would lead to your MPC touch screen to stop working...
In an honest effort to help, I'm going to just go with "Try rebooting everything"

My iPad Pro is basically an M1 Mac mini without all the ports and a built in touch screen.

Maybe you can re-create the OP's problem.. Try installing Monterey on it. Watch out for wolves.

Too late, they were waiting for me. They jacked me for my iPad Pro!

Latest version of MPC desktop software just came out. The release notes say it's now compatible with Monterey.
