The concept of sample chains, as promoted by MPC-Tutor, seems like a great idea, especially for those who perform live.

Does anyone know of any publicly available tools for building sample chains?

Seems like this would be fairly simple to do in any DAW, just drag and arrange the samples onto the timeline, then bounce to a single WAV file.

If you are just dealing with one shot samples you can use any daw to create the chains. Then threshold chop to create the slices.

Amit Talwar wrote a set of node scripts that can merge and simultaneously add the slice data to the chain, or convert existing xpm files, i think he made It available via the node server add on in the mokba mod

The technique turns out to be very helpful. I did it manually on a bell keygroup, 41 samples. The original keygroup took 5 seconds to load, less than 1 second for the chained samples.
