After months of not much time, this week I cleaned the studio, shifted on some no longer loved items and set about running a few firmware updates. Thought I'd check out 2.12...lo and behold I see 2.13 available!
Like many of you, I'm cautious about updates, but heck I've got some free time and a copy of 2.11.9 if i need to roll back.
Run the 2.13 updater, everything goes as it should. Load the latest project (standalone, I have no love for controller mode) hit play...and I swear, it sounds tighter.
Now, that's got to be my imagination, there is no way I could hear whatever microscopic adjustment to timing might have been made, although it could be a tweak to the sonics elsewhere.
Anyway, curious if anyone else notices this or just pure wishful thinking on my part
