RESET MPC ONE

Hi folks, i got a 2nd hand MPC One and when i'm writing, when i switch sequence or when adjust the knobs it lags so much, sometimes freeze and sometimes the big knob doesn't work with other little bugs i can't remember now.
I've already restored to default but i'm asking you if there's a way to a complete reinstall of the software to avoid this glitches.

Install the latest firmware (2.13).
MENU > PREFERENCES > RESET PREFERENCES

Now go to the resources icon (top right of the screen) and look at how full your internal drive is. If it's nearly full, you'll need to free up some space as the system needs some 'breathing' space to function correctly.

Remove any attached disk (USB, SD) and any other attached peripherals. See if this fixes the issue.

Beyond that, you might have a corrupted internal disk or some other hardware problem. If so, you might need to contact Akai for assistance or if possible, send the unit back to the seller as it's faulty.
