MPC One+ BEAT SYNC with Novation Circuit Tracks

Hi ALL, I connected MPC One (midi sync out enabled) with circuit tracks (midi sync in enable), with the USB cable, but what synchronizes are only the BPM and the START/STOP. The "beats" do not synchronize. For example, if I click play on mpc, they start together and are perfectly in rhythm, but if while they are playing together I click "stop" on tracks and then "play" on tracks again, the beats are desync (same BPM but desync).

Is a MPC limit or CIRCUIT TRACK limit ?

I wanted to use this two devices in a live deejay style, using them like two musics fonts (in sync) , to ensure continuity of the music without interruptions... do you have any advice on this?

I also tried to enable "midi sync out" on the tracks, chaos happens because they both become master and slave and therefore the BPM cannot be adjusted.
