edit audio, moving playback head

I really have a problem with moving the playback head in audio editing, when I move with qlink the playhead it moves by measurement notch, not always easy to put it in a precise location, is there no way to make it fluid and without these notches? I seem to have seen on a video that we could move it without it moving by measuring notch

I believe you adjust your timing correct value to change the resolution for how much the play head moves.

but when I turn off the tc, it doesn't change anything when I move the playback head
