Portable VST box for MPC's

A food for thought. My mind runs wild can I take a raspberry pi install windows on it load only the mpc software at start up install vst's and slap it on the back of my mpc like a battery pack and when I start in controller mode will I be able to navigate to the vst and use them or do I still need a screen like a computer?

I think you might be over estimating the PI. I've brought the OpSix to it's knees on too many occasions to view the PI as anything serious for serious music production.

I know windows is a cpu hog but a slim down version might help.

Seems since Akai is already 60% there the next MPC Flagship should just be a music PC something like the PUSH 3 with intel chips and what not...so we can put our own VST stuff on it. Just my be difficult to stop the hackers on such a system. and yes give you guys your video out... Geezzz
