I recently got my MPC X SE and I am trying to run a few other instruments through it.
I will be running a mini freak, a Hydrasynth, a roland tr6 s, and a microphone.
I am playing through a pair of Krk rokit 8 monitors.
I am just a bit confused as to what I may need in order go make this vison of mine come true.
Will I need a mixer or can i just run everything through the mpc x?
I do not plan to use the synths to control the mpc but rather to play through it so that i may record any of these instruments on the mpc at any given time.
I know I may be coming off a bit of a noob here but any advice would help. I need to know what cords to get and how many. If i need a mixer. Whatever it is that i need. Thank you so much in advance.

Welcome.

Get a mixer with enough inputs for all gear audio.

Powered 3.0 usb hub with enough usb ports for all gear. That hub will finally connect in back of mpc x se (flat usb a).

This is how my gear is setup.
I can control mpc synths with any/all external gear if I want.
Play external gear locally.
Record all midi to mpc sequencer.
All audio goes thru mixer to mpc inputs 1/2 and/or 3/4.
I have mpc x and mpc key61.

There are various buttons/knobs I where I can mute/solo/route channels so that I don't get feedback.

yeah, a mixer is the best solution. you hook up all the instruments to it, then use some outputs from the mixer (be it aux sends or better a group out or bus) and hook it up to the mpc inputs, so when you want you can record sounds from one or more instruments directly in the mpc (sampler or audio track or even the looper).
