I can set 16 or 24 bits in mpc for recording/sampling. Is it also possible to change 44.1 khz to 48 khz somewhere?

When you do a Audio Mixdown by pressing Save. At lease that's how its done on the Force. You can't change the sample rate when record a sample tho.
