USB Midi device - Software and Standalone w/o Port remapping

Hi, I use MPC Studio MkII with Mac for preparing projects and then move it to Live 2 for performances. Everything works well, but some USB MIDI devices appeared with different names and I had to remap all of these tracks in sequences. For example Nord Electro 6D works the same under Software and Live2 Standalone, but Modal Cobalt8 appeared with different port names. I tried to rename to Cobalt8 in Standalone same as appeared in Mac, but didnt worked. Now I see two Cobalt8 ports, one is grey and inactive and one is active (renamed). Is there any solution for having it seamless? I have more synths and this is kind of nightmare to remap all the ports in all affected track all the time I load the project in different machine.
