You probably unarmed the track on accident on the main page. It’s the number one cause of this issue and it’s definitely happened to me.

I have the same issue periodically. It usually happens during longer sessions, where my Key61 will just stop recording any & all notes if played live. But I am able still to input them with the pencil tool. 9/10 times a restart will solve the issue, it rarely persists past 1 restart. I've checked every setting I can think of when it happens and nothing seems different or to have changed. I just always considered it a bug.
