My post got cut off, here is the full post:

Hello!

I’m having issues routing audio out of my Clarett which is setup as the audio interface in standalone mode.

Basically on the Clarett there are 4 audio outputs. Two of these goto my speakers, the other two I send to my stereo tube compressor, then route back into a stereo audio track in the MPC.

In the MPC anything I want to go through the compressor I send to outputs 3/4. However it seems to ignore this and just send everything though as if all channels are set to 1/2. I can have literally nothing set to 3/4 and it still gets all the channels send to it, like internally the interface is replicating 1/2 on 3/4, ignoring the routing in the MPC.

Does anyone have any idea what the issue might be?

Thank you!

Justin

I think for the Clarett you have to create a custom mix using Focusrite Control. The default mix is all inputs routed to all outputs, probably. I don't have one of these interfaces but I went through the same thing for my UAD interface.
