Just taken delivery of a new MPC One+.
I updated the firmware to the latest (2.14.0), registered the unit to my InMusic Profile and used the included voucher code to get the Jura addon.
Jura has been successfully registered to my account, but when I try to Activate it on my MPC One+ I get the following error -
"Could not validate licence from the server (licence status:8)"
Trying to start a trial of any of the other addons gives the same message.
I'm connected to my home network via WiFi and all other devices are fine.
Is there a known problem with activating addons, or am I just unlucky? I've been trying to activate all day.
This is my first experience with an MPC device, so maybe I'm just missing something obvious. My InMusic profile is showing Jura as registered to my account.
