how do i reset my key 61 to the way it came out of the box? i have my entire internal drive filled and i just want to start over fresh from scratch

Resetting it won’t solve your problem. Using the internal storage that comes with the device is a general no-no from a stability perspective. Resetting it won’t remove the stuff you stored. Only an Akai supplied utility will reset it as furnished.
If you used some discipline with your folder structure, it will be easy to move your project files off the internal storage using a computer. With a computer, you can copy your files to a USB flash drive or where ever you want to put it.
