No but I been wanted something like that for a long time. I currently use Google Docs for keeping a music Log for session notes. This was one of the best things that I did for my music. I need to write a post about to better explan it, but notes for all kinds of stuff built into the device would be dope!
Here a blank template:

Here's an example from one of my older sessions:
#22
Session=05.092.752
2024/06/30=Sun
Time=4am=7hr
Project=2024-06-10-Convert DR202 beats to MIDI:”DR202-Force-Bad Guys”
Studio#02=The Window (Gear/role)
VLZ-Pro4/mixer
SRH1540/headphones
Force/seq/samples
DR202/drums+synth
Keylab88mk2/key+MIDI Interface
G9/camera
Goals=
1>Record a new sketch beat.
Progress=
1<Deleted samples in the project folders.
<Redid the separate drum tracks I lost last session’s saving crash.
<Set up a Drum Track Macro for the DR202.
<Made separate MIDI track for the DR202 drums. Now I can mute them on the Force.
<I started a new pre-arrangement.
<Deleted samples files in the project folders.
Notes=
*I had the camera set up but didn't record.
Problems=Log#751
-I sent the cymbal pads to a send/return FX but it bypasses the track mute, so I sent them to a submix, but then I lose control of how much of the signal goes to it. Too sleepy to work it out now.
Solutions=
-The pads were set to Submix1 instead of Track.
