Hello!

With the MPC Key 37 is there anyway to record audio into the MPC over USB? Specifically from an iPad Pro. Prior to buying the unit I had googled the 37's usb audio capabilities and was often met with the following information:

'MPC Key 37 features a built in 2-in 2-out USB audio/MIDI interface, so you can record audio and MIDI directly in and out of your computer.' But I'm struggling to achieve this with the iPad! USB midi works but no audio.

Has anybody had any luck getting audio from their iPad like this? Any help would be most gratefully recieved! 8)

Thank you in advance!

Thanks. Yep the manual mentions using this on a computer I'm trying to get this to work as a class compliant audio device with the iPad. Reports suggested it might work but hands now on the device... less inclined to think it does.

It seems to work as an audio interface only when connected in controller mode (MPC's USB-B to iPad's USB-C). In standalone mode, MPC cannot host the iPad as an audio interface.
