problem recording midi

Hi.

I'm new in this forum. I'm from Spain (Europe). Sorry for my english.

I recently bought a mpc key 37.

I recorded yesterday an organ and had some trouble.

I had recorded previously the chords, and when I tried to record some extra notes, when I played during the recording the notes sounded out of tune, like a tone higher.

When I played along It sounded well.

It happened both when I recorded on the same track as the chords and when I recorded on a different track.

Any help with this problem?
