Open 3.0 standalone project on mpc 2 software to finalise mixes! Is it possible? How? Only the 2.0 projects open in software! Thanks

Not possible.
Remember, MPC3 'beta' is for general preview and bug testing, it's not meant to be used for actual 'work' so it's not recommended that you create anything on it that would need finalising. Just have a play around with it, send Akai your feedback so they can improve it ready for the actual final release.
