Random key group note volume even with full level

If I press the same note over and over it’ll be a different volume each time, no correlation with playing dynamic.

Trying to figure out what’s going on here. Any ideas what is causing this that I can explore?

From the input/output monitoring it looks like both the MIDI and audio volume is changing, but with full level on it should be consistent on both.

Also it’s random dynamic no matter which 16 levels pad I play.

There may be an LFO assigned to volume on a key group, instrument, or whatever it is that you are playing
