Unable to download Delay Pro after Purchasing

Hi,

I've been trying for sometime now to download Delay Pro. I bought it a few weeks back and managed to activate it but wasn't able to download the contents. There are also some other AIR plugins that I'm unable to download the content, they are, AIR expander, AIR Multitap Delay, AIR Vintage Filter and AIR Chorus. Although the contents are not downloaded, there is still a green tick to the left of the plugin name.
I was on 3.4 Beta and downgraded to 2.12.3.9, changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8 or to 1.1.1.1 and tried to download the plugins but they don't work. I get either Download Failed Error Code 0 or Code 200.

I also bought Jura (the synth) and they activate fine and it works fine. Only the plugins don't work.
Any help?

Did you open a ticket with akai? I suspect they’ll first ask you to update to the latest 2.15.1

Yes I sent out a ticket 2 days ago. Ok I'll try with 2.15 and write back with results

Nope, downgrading to 2.15 still doesn't succeed in downloading the plugins. Is there anyway around this?
Is it possible to download the plugins through Mpc Beats and send it to the MPC under controller mode? I've done this before though. I had an older version of Beats, but under plugins there isn't Delay Pro.
