Buying Stems through FastSpring website from EU

Anyone having trouble trying to buy Stems?

I am based in The Netherlands and non of the payment options seems to work. Akai is forwarding me to the Fastspring helpdesk, which is of no use as they suggest I try a different payment method (which I tried - also multiple creditcards) and/or assume that my funds are not sufficient.. jeez I mean I could do with a healthier financial situation, but paying $8,99 (10%discount code obtained when I tried to close payment window after error message showd up) from any of my accounts should work

This is the pop-up that pops up:
"We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance."

Fastspring are very unreliable, they often claim orders are 'declined' while in the background your bank has happily authorized the payment - you might even see many 'pending' auths in your bank app. Not sure there's anything you can do other than contact Fastspring, but good luck with that one. But Akai have no control over Fastspring orders, Fastspring are a reseller, not a payment processor, so they process the order, collect the VAT, handle fulfilment etc.

It seems they have stopped using fastspring on all the other sites, it's perhaps just the stems payment that is still using fastspring.

Thanks for your reply, Andy. Apparently FatSpring is very unreliable, and their helpdesk is useless. I dropped Akai a line about how I don't get why only Stems is (still) being sold through FastSpring, while the other plugs/extensions etc. are not. Never really ran across problems with those.

No replies any longer from FastSpring or Akai.. though I was friendly eventhough the FastSpring reply was useless .

Will keep you posted if any solutions pops up. Apple Pay is not working either. Stuck for now.
