HOW DO I RECORD FROM MPC ONE+ INTO FL STUDIO DIRECTLY?

Is there a way to record the audio into the track or perhaps drag the midi from the mpc sofrwate into FL studio directly from the mpc software?I have an mpc one+ and I am trying to record the audio from the mpc into the daw directly using controller mode, but I do not have the mpc connected to the audio interface directly both are curretnly connected to my mac via usb ports so that I can use the mpc in controller mode inside of FL studio using the mpc software as a vst insdie of FL. Although the audio is saved in the FL studio project file the audio is not recorded into the daw, instead the midi is recorded into the mpc software that is being used as a vst, and I am unable to take the midi from the mpc software and drag the midi into the daw as a track. My usb audio interface is plugged into my laptop, and the audio interface I'm using is a scarlett solo 3rd gen( 1 XLR cable Input). Is there something in the settings I need to change in order to record directly from the software into FL studio? Or am I supposed to connect a cable from the MPC into the audio interface via midi to XLR cable? I also noticded that there is a usb port in the back of the mpc one+, if I plug the usb cable into the back port and the xlr part of the cable into my audio interface would that work just as well as the midi to xlr cable?

If the MPC is in standalone mode it's audio goes out by the configured audio device. If it is the internal (default) then it means the analog stereo out on the back of the MPC One+. The MPC will not send out digital audio in this mode. You need to connect the stereo out of the MPC to the input of your audio interface (connected to your PC).

I think that in controller mode you can use the MPC as an audio interface. But in this case you will record frp, the stereo input on the back of the MPC to your PC.

I'm confused what you write about USB, MIDI and XLR cables. I fear you mix them up. The MPC has no XLR connectors.

Why not simply export your tracks as wavs and then import them into Fruity Lops?
