Error loading media acvs

I made a banger sitting on my couch. Saved to internal and unplugged to export it to my computer. When I tried to load the project I get I get this error. I’m really hoping someone can help me with this. I’m really not happy with this key 37 at the moment.

Did you reboot or power off your mpc while in controller mode? if so, put it back into controller mode plug it into the pc. then disable controller mode to reinit the internal fs and reboot. never power off in controller mode it causes some kinda shit like that.
