Key 37: none of the lights turn on (pads, buttons, rec, etc)

Yesterday, I noticed that all the lights on my Akai MPC Key 37 stopped working, including the pads, buttons, REC, overdub, etc. The system itself runs without any issues, but it seems like whatever controls the lights has stopped functioning.

I haven't found any references to this issue in forums, so I wanted to check if anyone else has experienced this with the Key 37. I've already contacted Akai support about it. Unfortunately, this happened just a little over a year after I purchased the unit.

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

PS: Already did a factory reset, removed the sd card, tried forcing the pad colors, also I've updated to 3.4 , nothing changed

Mines just done the same today. The screen works but everything else is dead.

Have to send it back under guarantee I guess.
